« Nitya Sandhya Vandanam – Tamil. The full Sandhya vandanam takes about 20 minutes and I would always recommend doing it in its entirity three times a day. However, on some days when you do not have time, you could do everything upto Sankalpam, Arghya pradhanam, Gayatri japam with mudra pradarsanam, namaskaram, and abhivadam.
Fruits (banana/apple/orange/pomegrantes/grapes) is what I have seen. Tulsi and flowers There are mantras for each item and there is no specific mantra for sugarcane juice to my knowledge.
For Saligrama, minimum is pure water, tulsi and some fruits as naivedya. Pray with Bhakti to Sri Krishna in Saligrama.
Ayyappa is not mentioned in any of the 18 Puranas by Sri VedaVyasa; hence the story is not authentic. Usage of Fridge: All items should be as fresh as possible. Do the best you can; if you have to use the fridge then you can. Scholars mostly prohibit fridge because we store musare (yesterdays food items) in the same place as Naivedya's items.
